Event Overview
Program Overview:
In any organization or team environment, conflict is inevitable—but when handled effectively, it can lead to growth, innovation, and stronger relationships. This Conflict Resolution Frameworks Training is designed to equip professionals, leaders, and team members with practical tools and structured approaches to identify, address, and resolve conflicts constructively.
Participants will explore proven conflict resolution models such as the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), Interest-Based Relational (IBR) approach, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Harvard Negotiation Project principles. The training blends theory with real-world scenarios, interactive exercises, and role-play simulations to develop confident and empathetic conflict resolution skills.
By the end of this course, participants will have a deeper understanding of their own conflict styles, be able to diagnose the root causes of conflict, and apply the right framework to foster mutual understanding, restore trust, and achieve sustainable resolutions.
