Interested in understanding how mediation works in state and federal court? Attendees will hear from U.S. Magistrate Judge Gina L. Simms and ADR Professional and Attorney Merril Hirsh about their experiences facilitating or participating in mediations.
Attendees will learn about what kinds of cases are suitable for mediation, how attorneys prepare for mediation, what occurs during a mediation session, and what happens after a mediation session.
