Networking Event

Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Alvear Palace Hotel, Av. Alvear 1891

Event Overview

Legal 500 is pleased to announce the GC Summit Argentina 2026, taking place in Buenos Aires.

Argentina is entering a period of significant legal, economic, and regulatory change. Ongoing labour and regulatory reforms, shifting enforcement priorities, and a fluid political environment are reshaping how businesses operate and how legal risk is assessed. For general counsel, this has sharpened the need for clear judgement, early engagement with the business, and confident board-level advice in conditions where rules may evolve quickly or remain unsettled.

The GC Summit Argentina 2026 will bring senior in-house counsel together to discuss how these developments are playing out in day-to-day decision-making. The programme will look beyond formal compliance to consider how legal teams prioritise risk, deal with uncertainty, and stay involved when decisions are taken quickly and often with incomplete information.

The summit will convene senior in-house counsel, leading private practitioners, and subject-matter experts for a day of candid discussion. Sessions will focus on how GCs are responding to reform-driven change, balancing legal risk with commercial pressure, and protecting their organisations where regulatory outcomes remain uncertain or open to reversal.

As with all Legal 500 GC Summits, the emphasis will be on open discussion and practical exchange. Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with peers across industries, compare approaches, and gain insight into how other legal leaders are navigating Argentina’s current operating environment.

At a time when in-house leaders are expected to combine strategic vision, judgement, and decisive action under uncertainty, the Legal 500 GC Summit Argentina 2026 provides an opportunity to reflect on their role and consider how to strengthen their impact.
