Learn to address risk proactively in a hands-on, in-person workshop
This in-person workshop takes a deep dive into risk assessment and management, an essential element of any compliance and ethics program. Whether your organization already has a mature model in place or is just beginning its risk assessment journey, you’ll learn strategies that will help you improve your effectiveness in identifying and responding to inherent risks and/or gaps in processes and procedures.
Instructors will use numerous examples to illustrate key principles and attendees will have opportunities to work through exercises and case studies from the industry of their choice (such as healthcare, manufacturing, sales, and others). The in-person experience will provide participants with extended sessions and the opportunity to gain valuable insights from and connections with fellow attendees.
This workshop is open to all but is best suited for intermediate professionals with some compliance experience.
