Event Overview
Colonel Tom Connally will present this two and one half-day, eighteen-hour learning intensive course which focuses on developing disciplined leaders at the Executive and Command levels. Colonel Connally pulls from over 30 years of experience as a United States Marine. His experience ranges from the highest levels of staffs to combat command, leading over twenty organizations from 5 to 3500 personnel and giving him a unique insight on how to develop leaders from the inside out. First defining personal conviction and discipline, then applying that clarity to organizational culture, policy, and performance. Participants will learn and begin drafting the core components of their personal and organizational command philosophy to refine and implement after the course. Tom will also incorporate real-life scenarios and case study discussions to bring these teaching points alive in a practical and inspirational way to enhance the learning process.
