Event Overview
This course is aimed at current and future leaders, specifically non-sworn personnel. This one-week seminar is the second of three parts in the Civilian Leadership Series. It can be taken independently or in conjunction with the other sessions.
This interactive and experiential program is designed to equip and inspire new supervisors, and reinvigorate senior supervisors, for the challenges of the fast paced and fluid world of law enforcement leadership. This generation of leaders will learn core lessons in communication, both inside and outside their agency to promote trust and confidence.
