ABA Rule of Law in America Series - This presentation is a cross disciplinary work between law and theology. It examines the current problem of courts being sidelined on issues of national importance either because of "standing" issues or because of the executive branch's noncompliance. By exploring theological principles in the context of legal rights, the presentation will uncover new ways to explore themes of social justice.
