Event Overview

Please join us for the 2026 Fidelity & Surety Law Fall Conference. This year, the ABA Fidelity and Surety Law Committee Annual Fall Program is titled, “One if by Paper, Two if by Computer: The Revolution of Analyzing Fidelity Claims.” This dynamic two-day program takes a deep dive into the evolving landscape of fidelity law set against the backdrop of Boston’s rich revolutionary history. This event brings together leading practitioners, in-house professionals, and industry veterans to explore the full spectrum of fidelity issues facing today’s insurance professionals.

Attendees will gain practical insight across a broad range of topics, including the history and development of Faithful Performance Coverage, employee dishonesty, premises coverages, subrogation strategies, loss valuation provisions, duties to third parties, and the growing threat of counterfeit money and money order schemes. The program will also include panels of seasoned fidelity veterans from different industry perspectives to explore the history of fidelity law and the transformation of fidelity insurance over the years. We are also excited to host a special keynote speaker that will address cutting edge methods for detecting deception in employee interviews. Designed for claims professionals, underwriters, expert witnesses, and consultants of all experience levels, this program offers actionable takeaways and a framework for navigating the complexities of fidelity law.
