2026 Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy

The Collaborative Bar Leadership Academy (CBLA) is a joint initiative of the American Bar Association, its Commission on Racial and Ethnic Diversity in the Profession, the Hispanic National Bar Association, the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association, the National Native American Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association of North America.

WHY YOU SHOULD ATTEND

Network with leaders from your organization and multiple national bar associations;
Learn, discuss, and develop leadership skills important to your future as a lawyer and as a future bar leader;
Have the opportunity to absorb a wide range of leadership advice from leading experts in the field in a collegial and close knit setting; and
Develop the skills necessary to successfully organize, operate, and lead local and national bar associations.

To register for the event, you must first be accepted into the CBLA Class of 2026. Please verify your acceptance by checking your email for an acceptance letter confirming your admission to CBLA 2026.
