2026 Antitrust International Cartel Workshop

The 2026 Workshop, held in collaboration with the International Bar Association (IBA), will continue the program's long tradition of instruction by demonstration and its growing use of creative commentary with a focus on cutting-edge issues. A faculty of highly experienced attorneys and enforcers from around the world will take you through a hypothetical global cartel investigation—from detection of a conspiracy to the ultimate disposition of the enforcement actions in jurisdictions around the globe. The Workshop will highlight current developments and important policy issues relevant to cartel enforcement, with active engagement and thoughtful discussion among lead enforcers and the private bar. Among a variety of enforcer panels, a highlight is the head-of-agency Enforcers’ Roundtable.

The Workshop includes an action-packed two-and-a-half days of programming and will feature a number of noteworthy new presentations. Importantly, it will continue its tradition of emphasizing multiple opportunities for socializing and networking, including wine receptions, lunches, and afternoon breaks.
