Your Journey to Prague Begins Here: Key Details to Start Planning Your 2026 Annual Meeting Experience

Time to start getting ready for the 2026 Annual Meeting!

We will send an email when registration and the room block are open in early spring. Only once registered will you be able to reserve your hotel room(s) within the IADC’s room block.

Until then, here is some information to help you start planning your trip.

• Meeting begins on Saturday, July 4 at 6:00 p.m. with our Welcome Reception.

  • First Timer Introductions will be held Saturday, July 4 at 4:30 p.m. prior to the Welcome Reception. The First Timer program is for members attending their first Midyear or Annual Meeting and helps first time attendees meet people and get familiar with the association.

• Meeting ends on Thursday, July 9 following our Closing Session (9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.).

• Remember, our Annual Meeting is welcoming to all! We invite you to plan to bring your spouse/significant other, children, family, or guests. All guests will need to be registered for the meeting.

• IADC’s room rates at the Prague Marriott Hotel include buffet breakfast and wifi and are as follows:

  • Deluxe Room (maximum occupancy is 2; a small portion allow a maximum of 3 people)

    • 6,500 CZK single occupancy / 6,850 CZK double occupancy, subject to current taxes and VAT.

  • Family Suite (maximum occupancy is 4)

    • 9,500 CZK single occupancy / 9,850 CZK double occupancy, subject to current taxes and VAT.

  • Additional charges apply for the 3rd and 4th person in a room. Discounts for children up to 12 years old staying in the same room as their parents do apply. Connecting rooms are available and requests are based on the hotel's availability at the time of reservation.

  • CZK conversion here. Standard double rate is approximately $320 USD plus VAT. Exchange rates will fluctuate.

• IADC’s room rates at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV include buffet breakfast, wifi, and VAT, and are as follows:

  • Standard Room (maximum occupancy is 2; a small portion allow a maximum of 3 people)

    • 245 Euro single occupancy / 263 Euro double occupancy, subject to current city tax.

  • Additional charges apply for the 3rd person in a room. Discounts for children up to 11 years old staying in the same room as their parents do apply. There are no connecting rooms available.

  • Euro conversion here Standard double rate is approximately $300 USD. Exchange rates will fluctuate.

• Group rates will apply at both hotels three days before and three days after the main meeting dates, subject to availability.
